Executive Producer

Summary
As a member of the Studio Team, the executive producer ensures the commercial success and long-term future of the studio.
The executive producer ensures the proper editorial and administrative management of his/her projects along with the producers who report to him/her and fosters human capital development in collaboration with the career development team .
Mission
Under the supervision of the CEO, the executive producer will carry out the following main and routine tasks:
Editorial management
-Convert the overall direction of the brands under his/her supervision into tangible projects;
-Support projects in the production of the various game development gates, ensuring their quality and commercial success;
-Interface with the editorial, marketing and distribution teams to ensure that the brand remains consistent;
-Oversee the cohesion of the various groups working on a same brand;
-Propose strategies and ideas for new brands;
-Ensure a monthly follow up with management on the projects he/she is overseeing.
Human, financial and materials resource management
-Recommend core team members and ensure fair staffing on studio projects; mediate resource assignment conflicts with other senior producers;
-Ensure that project resources are mobilized in collaboration with producers;
-With the career development team , ensure that resources evolve within the studio by facilitating knowledge transfer and making certain that the annual assessment process is carried out appropriately;
-Determine and develop new talent; be an ambassador for the studio;
-Convey information from management to team members;
-Ensure that the budgets are drawn up and adhered to.
Studio development
-Take part in determining and implementing the strategic directions, objectives and priorities of the studio;
-Take part in establishing corporate policies and regulations;
-Facilitate consensus-building and sharing, especially technologies and best practices;
-Take part in the continual improvement of the departments and studios that support production;
-Assume any other related responsibilities.
